The Kocha Agent App is committed to safeguarding the privacy of all data which may be provided to our company regarding our services, visits to our websites or mobile applications and any other interactions with our company. Our Privacy Policy describes the personal information we may collect upon enrollment and how we may use and secure personal information made available to us. Our policy applies to all Agents and their affiliated companies including visitors to any of our websites.

How We Will Communicate

The information collected will be used to Process quotations, invoices and other financial information relating to the services provided by the Agent. Communicate via telephone, email or SMS regarding the services provided or information in relation to services provided. Discuss and provide information and legitimate documentations to suppliers and third-party companies who may directly or indirectly be involved with business operations. Thus, making initial contact with us, you consent to us maintaining a dialogue with you until you either opt out or until your services are terminated by the affiliated company.

The Information We Collect

The information collected is strictly the information provided to us when you sign up on the Agent App. By providing us with information, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and allowing Orcons Systems Limited and its third party agencies to access the information according to the Data Protection Act. All users must agree to our terms and conditions and privacy policy before signing up on this platform.

We do not intentionally collect personal identifiable information from anyone who is a minor. If it is discovered that we have unintentionally collected personally identifiable information from a minor other than for a legitimate purpose associated with the services, we will delete that information immediately.

API's and Third-Party Processing

We may on occasion be required to pass your personal information to a third party exclusively to process work on behalf or where there is a legal requirement that requires processing or where for that purpose any Kocha Agent App service interacts with third party API’S, we may pass and retrieve data, including personal information between the different software systems and third parties that interact via those API’S or for hosting or providing any component of our services.

We require such third parties to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information we provide to them for these purposes. Some of these third parties may be situated outside of your country and you consent to your personal data and that of any data subjects you provide to us being transferred cross-border. Revisions, Termination and Breaches

Our Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time at our discretion and changes will be effective upon communicating to affiliated companies. If Kocha Agent App merges with, or is acquired by, any other business, you acknowledge that your personal information may fall under the control of another person. If you terminate your membership with Kocha Agent App, sections of your personal information may be retained in back-ups and archives for as long as is reasonably necessary to assist us in meeting our legal compliance obligations.

Data Breaches

A breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored, or otherwise possessed will be reported immediately to the data controller. Afterwards notification of the incident will be reported via email, by telephone or in person to data subject for rectification.
